End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and JobKore ("Company") governing your use of the JobKore application and its integration with QuickBooks Online ("QBO") and other third-party services.

1. License Grant

JobKore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the JobKore platform solely for your internal business operations, including wildlife control, pest management, and field service management.

2. QuickBooks Online Integration

By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to JobKore, you authorize JobKore to access and sync your QBO data (customers, estimates, invoices) on your behalf. JobKore will use this data solely to provide the services described in this Agreement. You may disconnect this integration at any time from within the application.

3. Restrictions

You may not: (a) sublicense, sell, resell, or transfer the application to any third party; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the application; (c) use the application for any unlawful purpose; or (d) share your login credentials with unauthorized parties.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into JobKore, including customer records, appointments, estimates, and invoices. JobKore does not sell or transfer your business data to third parties.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

JobKore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobKore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
